Jeffrey: you are very laconic in replying to my requests. You have not cashed my deposit check. I am 3 or 4 days away from traveling again to Montreal and these 4 points still are not agreed upon.

1) Copy of aircraft registration. You have not faxed it to me.

2) I will wire transfer the money to your account only after the airplane clears US customs. I will not purchase or will pay for the plane while the Socata is still in Montreal.

3) Is the airplane legally imported to USA? I will not go thru the hassle and the paperwork of importing the Socata to the States.

4) Clarification about AIMM Aviation.

I do like to purchase your airplane but these points need to be discussed before I go to Montreal or before I pay for the FAA inspector. I am chassing around for your answers. If you like to proceed with the sale, address those 4 points above. If I do not hear from you about these pending issues by noon tomorrow, Friday the 28, I will assume you want the deal off.
